The Wright Engineers Building in the Las Vegas Technology Center project included site, shell and tenant improvement. The attractive 20,000 square ft. building is of tilt-up concrete flex construction and was the second R&O project completed in the Technology Center. Buildings in the center were designed and constructed to accommodate a variety of tenant types. The 100-acre business park, developed by Thomas & Mack will continue to expand.
