Falcon Hill

Currently under construction is the largest Air Force public/private partnership. The first phase is a 38,000 square ft. Security Forces Squadron (SFS)/Office Special Investigation (OSI) office building on three acres and a second five story, 153,000 square ft. building on 16 acres to be occupied by Northrop Grumman.

A reconfigured west gate entry to the office park is currently being completed. The project replaces 1.5 million square ft. of antiquated Air Force buildings with retail, hotel, office, and restaurant space through in-kind lease payments. Falcon Hill, a 550 acre development, is among the most strategically located aerospace research parks in the nation.
