R&O Uses Cross Laminated Timbers for Structural Function and Visual Appeal

R&O is currently nearing completion on Ascent 1971 apartment & office building project in Park City, Utah. Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is custom fabricated in panels that create an entire floor/ceiling that is installed via crane in no time flat. It replaces a typical floor/ceiling structure and offers an immediate high end ceiling finish.  Ascent 1971  is one of the first large scale uses of CLT in Utah.
