Stadium Fred Meyer

This project included the exterior expansion and remodel of an existing Fred Meyer to 117,951 sf. The expansion included 92,448 sf of sales floor, two tenants, and an expanded garage and mezzanines. The store remodeling included the sales floor, service departments, pharmacy, PEM, escalator/elevators and check out stands. The décor included polished/dyed concrete. Demolition of a former building and parking structure on site was also part of the project.
