Intermountain Healthcare North Cache Clinic

R&O constructed this new Intermountain Healthcare clinic of 17,000 sf. Materials included metal stud, brick veneer, steel joist and deck with a barrel roof. Construction went through the winter, so it was key to pour the concrete slab soon after the project began. The site included an irrigation canal which required careful coordination and close communication with all the parties including Hyde Park City, the canal owner, Intermountain Health Care and the utility contractor for a successful project outcome.
