Intermountain Healthcare Rose Canyon Clinic

R&O constructed this single story clinic with space dedicated to radiography, physical therapy, medical supply storage, triage, orthopedics, waiting rooms, mental health and offices for clinicians and staff. The building has 15 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a laboratory, medical assistant workstations, and a conference room with folding partition walls.

The structure is constructed of metal stud, brick and masonry veneer, steel joist and deck, and has unique clearstory windows with a rounded roof. High end interior finishes and new high tech equipment were installed. Site work included earthwork, concrete and asphalt paving and landscaping.
