The Park City Hyatt Place Hotel is located at the base of the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. Because of zoning, the hotel is constructed with three, low profile, two-story buildings. The hotel has 122 guest rooms, a commercial kitchen, cafe and bar, outdoor pool and spa, fitness center. Additionally, R&O built 1,450 sf of meeting space, divisible into two, 750 sf rooms.

Each building is constructed of wood framing with stone veneer and hardiboard to create a rustic intermountain aesthetic. Inside, finishes include granite countertops, linen finish wallpaper and high end furnishings. Construction took place with severe winter conditions on a tight job site.
