The Children’s Learning Adventure project included new construction of a 33,000 sf foot childcare facility with playgrounds and athletic courts. This facility offers a wide range of child care services from infants to children up to 12 years of age. The facility creates a friendly environment with uniquely designed spaces for music, dance, science, reading, culinary and art classrooms as well as an indoor basketball court and four lane bowling alley. There are many spaces within the building for children to learn and explore.

During construction, R&O successfully coordinated  owner subcontractors and supplied materials. Our team identified this and provided accommodations to the project sequencing and coordination plan.  The project was completed on time for the center to open and welcome children for summer vacation.
