The Colonial Court Apartments include 73 apartment units located in the heart of downtown Ogden that contribute significantly to the area revitalization. R&O anticipated the challenge of constructing under winter conditions and addressed all possible weather items early in the project. R&O carefully controlled the tight schedule and budget by regularly communicating with all subcontractors.
