The Village at South Campus
Provo, Utah
Now complete, the Village at south campus is a new BYU-approved off campus student housing project. There are 236 high quality student apartments. Each unit has either two or four bedroom units for a total living space for approx-imately 944 students plus two manager units. Students have private rooms with flat screen TVs in each living area; full kitchens with granite countertops; two restaurants on site that offer room service; internet access from all areas, and an indoor pool, jacuzzi and workout room.
This project is owned by Peak Capital Partners, designed by Ken Harris Architects, built by R&O and financed by Zions Bank. An OSHA partnership was formed on this project for even better safety management. The project was completed on time and to the complete satisfaction of the owner.
Testimonial
"From the very beginning we were very impressed with the way that the entire R&O team brought their experience and internal capabilities to bear in solving the complications with a well thought out phasing process. We quickly came to view them, as well as the rest of the R&O team, as partners and not just service providers. We greatly appreciated the transparency that was provided throughout the process. Unlike many contractors, R&O never tried to take advantage of us when we made elective changes throughout the construction process." - Jamie Dunn, Peak Capital Partners
