R&O acted as CM/GC for this 105,000 sf, four floor tenant improvement project. The project included substantial alteration to the existing building with the installation of a new interior staircase that connects the four floors. R&O delivered the project on-time with value engineering that resulted in realized savings to the owner.

The project created a fully functional corporate headquarters with spaced dedicated to traditional officer, conference rooms, cubicles, training rooms and break areas, a gaming room, espresso bars on every floor, collaboration areas and open work stations stimulate creativity and interaction between employees and trainees.
