Zions Bank Branch

South Ogden, Utah

Zion’s Bank is a three story wood frame office building that houses the bank, offices in the basement and on the second level, and a large meeting room. The building’s high end finishes accentuate the upscale residential areas surrounding it. Complicating the project, were water table issues and hazardous water contamination on the site. These issues were resolved satisfactorily by working closely with the owner and resulting in a successful project.
