Zions Bank Tower Renovation

The Zion’s Bank Tower re-skin project was the first renovation that was part of Salt Lake City’s City Creek project and involved 18 floors of renovation. R&O’s work varied from complete demolition and renovation of floors, to office upgrades and lobby remodeling. Some of the work was performed while a major exterior renovation was constructed, so temporary interior walls were built by R&O.

On average, R&O completed a floor renovation in approximately one and a half months and had a few floors under construction at one time.
