Tucanos Brazilian Grill
R&O completed the interior build-out of an 8,785 sf restaurant with two private dining areas, a 1,000 sf covered patio, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, and an outside fountain for guests to enjoy. The new Tucano’s accommodates over 300 guests at one time.
The large, commercial kitchen is built to cook Churrasco, a traditional method of barbecuing in Brazil, is known for giving big flavor and juicy texture to the meat. The salad bar is unusually large and is built to feature over 70 hot and cold selections.
