Fashion Place Mall

Murray, Utah

This expansion of Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah included the addition of 106,000 square ft. of new retail and restaurant space. The scope of work involved the site, demolition and new construction. All work was conducted while the mall remained open for business. As part of this project, R&O constructed the build out of a new Crate & Barrel store, the first one in Utah; a new North Face store, H&M store, Nordstrom storefront and remodel of General Growth’s mall offices.
