The Las Vegas Valley has seen significant growth in population, nearly doubling in 20 years with little sign of slowing. The substantial increase in numbers occurred much quicker than living accommodations could be created, including housing for incoming university students. R&O Construction worked alongside the owners of Echo 1055 to help address the challenge with this 215-unit student housing facility.
