The 5-story wood-frame building is wrapped around a parking garage and is covered in stucco and cement board exterior finishes, vinyl windows, storefront and curtain wall glass.

Additionally, Tanager Echo offers tenants a conference room, sauna, tanning room, massage room, pet care center and electronic game room.
