The 5-story wood-frame building is wrapped around a parking garage and is covered in stucco and cement board exterior finishes, vinyl windows, storefront and curtain wall glass.

Additionally, Tanager Echo offers tenants a conference room, sauna, tanning room, massage room, pet care center and electronic game room. At the center of it all, tenants also have the use of an expansive and chic clubhouse with high-end finishes and amenities.
