Project Briefing

Nestled within a well-known industrial area with nearby interstate and highway access, the ScandiCal warehouse is a 36,441 SF concrete tilt warehouse built upon a 4.2 AC site. The tenant improvement build out of the facility features an expansive warehouse space to provide the organization an improved distribution center. This space envelopes the organization’s new state-of-the-art production center.

The location and layout of this new facility results in an improved distribution space with efficient delivery access, which allows ScandiCal to greatly expand their service to Las Vegas.
