The new Stacy Witbeck Operations Center is a two-story, 21,832 SF Class A office facility. The building features a structural steel frame with cold-formed metal framing at the exterior walls, incorporating a high-performance envelope of brick veneer, metal panel systems, and expansive glazing.
The interior buildout includes private offices, open office areas, a dedicated training room, and a bid room designed to support operational and collaborative functions. The project was constructed on the site of the former office facility, which was demolished with R&O assisting in facilitating the transition and site preparation.
The facility is LEED Gold Certified, reflecting its focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term performance.
