The 2020s brought an ever increasing need for affordable housing throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The construction of Beals-Henderson Pointe serves as a great example of how this need is leading to multifamily units coming online that prove affordability does not need to mean a lack of style or amenities for tenants.
Beals Henderson provides 80 units totaling 88,827 SF across a five-acre site. It is made up of seven two-story, wood-framed residential buildings, clubhouse and standalone maintenance building. The multifamily community hosts numerous amenities, such as a dog park, several cabanas, park, playground, gathering pavilion and basketball courts.
R&O Construction worked closely with the Southern Nevada Housing Authority to ensure the completed community meets the needs of the tenants as well as the requirements for Section 3 HUD Housing.
