Project Description

R&O Construction led the remodel of St. George Place, transforming an existing strip mall into a refreshed retail destination in the heart of St. George. Spanning 12.94 acres, the project encompasses 202,872 square feet of retail space, giving the center a modernized presence to serve the growing southern Utah market.

The revitalized center will be anchored by Hobby Lobby, Ross, and REI with the outdoor retailer’s standalone building planned for future development. The remodel breathes new life into a well-established retail corridor, positioning St. George Place to attract a fresh mix of tenants and shoppers to the area.
