The renovation added music rooms, office space, a board room, classrooms, science labs and a computer lab. New construction added a gymnasium, auditorium and theatre, and a mechanical room.
This project was originally bid as an interior upgrade, but after further review, R&O provided a complete seismic upgrade. R&O took the lead with the engineering and installed helical piers, some dug as deep as 55 feet to support the concrete footings and foundations.
