Project Briefing

This expansion of Fashion Place Mall included the addition of 106,000 sf of new retail and restaurant space. The scope of work involved site work, demolition, new construction of the Nordstrom storefront and the addition of the mall retail space. All work was conducted while the mall remained open for business. As part of this project, R&O constructed the build out of a new Crate & Barrel store, the first one in Utah; a new North Face store, H&M store and a remodel of General Growth’s mall offices.
