The design-build structure is a steel-framed two-story office building and a single-story concrete tilt building for the laboratory facilities. The total project square footage was approximately 108,000 SF and was constructed in 14 months. Many of the long lead materials were purchased ahead of time to enable a steady flow of construction without delays.
