The project created a fully functional corporate headquarters with spaced dedicated to traditional officer, conference rooms, cubicles, training rooms and break areas, a gaming room, espresso bars on every floor, collaboration areas and open work stations stimulate creativity and interaction between employees and trainees.
The project included substantial alteration to the existing building with the installation of a new interior staircase that connects the four floors. R&O delivered the project on-time and provided $570,000 in realized savings to the owner.
