Construction of the facility included multiple key and unique elements, such as ballistic sheeting in the lobby (Level 3 Ballistic), soundproof interview rooms, secure armory and evidence storage. The building has a full load back-up generator and energy management systems. The building features a briefing room, 2 break rooms, conference room, community meeting room, multiple office areas and locker rooms to serve over 300+ officers.
