Project Briefing

MB Steak Tenant Improvement is located inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The previously vacant space is positioned between the original “Joint” concert venue and the Harmon Tower expansion so R&O took special precautions to complete the TI without impacting hotel and casino operations. The project included the addition of a second floor, new large exterior wall openings fitted with louver-type operable windows, and a large skylight surrounded with a faux plant wall above the second-floor bar.

The restaurant is flush with high-end finishes throughout, such as burnt wood wall panels, wood ceilings, custom liquor display shelving and a bottle rack that cantilevers from the roof structure above.
