The 10-pump facility includes a large convenience store and is conveniently located next to a Motel 6, walking distance from the Motor Speedway and directly adjacent to the primary highway that leads to the Las Vegas Strip.
The area where this Speedee Mart was built had no development infrastructure prior to this project. For this reason, construction of the facility required close coordination with multiple agencies, such as Nevada Department of Transportation, Clark County and the City of North Las Vegas in order to meet the requirements of all agencies and maintain the schedule.
