Project Briefing
St. Rose Square Retail Center is a 63-acre, $42M commercial site development consisting of a multi-building retail shells completed during three phases of construction. The scope includes full-site grading build-out, landscaping, paving and hardscapes with traffic signalization at two entrances installed at the Public ROW intersections. The first phase of the project focused on the Costco site area and the St. Rose offsite work consisting of box culverts, utilities, cantilevered retaining walls, drainage channel, pedestrian walk paths, NVE (transformers & service pedestals), SW Gas, traffic signal, sidewalks, developer outparcels and drive approaches.
The second phase included four new vanilla retail shell buildings, delivered ready for tenant improvements. The third phase continued the St. Rose Square master site plan & footprints for full shells, build-outs on various landlord / prototype tenant improvements (over 500K SF of commercial space) including 13 retails, 3 offices, 6 pads and 2 anchors with final parking, site lighting, courtyard amenities and security network.
