Project Briefing

This 8,024 sf tenant improvement, located in The Howard Hughes Corporation’s office building, was created with an eye for elegance and attractive design from end to end. The space places those working at the location within the heart of ever-growing Downtown Summerlin, offering tenants ease of access to restaurants, retail and entertainment.

This project proved to have a unique approach with R&O working hand-in-hand alongside the interior designers. When creating the space, the desire for high-end finishes and flourishes were demonstrated throughout. This focus on attractive decor is met via multiple custom and specialty inclusions, such as Soelberg Pizzo divider wall panels, stacked wood walls, stained barn-style doors, Autex suspended ceiling panels, 22 Inscape glass wall systems, oversized nine foot office doors, imported light fixtures and an array of 12 separate wall coverings.
