This project proved to have a unique approach with R&O working hand-in-hand alongside the interior designers. When creating the space, the desire for high-end finishes and flourishes were demonstrated throughout. This focus on attractive decor is met via multiple custom and specialty inclusions, such as Soelberg Pizzo divider wall panels, stacked wood walls, stained barn-style doors, Autex suspended ceiling panels, 22 Inscape glass wall systems, oversized nine foot office doors, imported light fixtures and an array of 12 separate wall coverings.
R&O completed the Clifton Larson Allen, LLP tenant improvement on time and on budget, allowing the new tenants to ring in the 2018 holiday season in style from their new luxurious home.
