Project Briefing

The expansion projects were new construction of fully insulated concrete tilt panels measuring 63,750 sf and 1000,000 sf, respectively. These additions to the warehouse/distribution facility served to accommodate Ken’s Foods’ new and expansive consumer production lines. Production continued during construction of each phase, so careful coordination has proven essential to achieve successful turnover of the project.

In addition to the large tilt expansion, R&O has had the privilege of overseeing the 300 sf Blowmold, 3,000 sf Chick-fil-A Sauces and 2200 sf Filler Room tenant improvements.
